Car Parking: There are over 6,000 parking spaces in nine parking lots, including covered and outdoor car parks. Covered parking is available close to the terminal in P6; short-term parking is available in P8 and P9; nearby car parks include P10 and P5, for medium-term stays; and long-term parking is available in P1 and P2, close to the terminals, and P3 and P7, as well as a separate facility, Chèques Parking. Public Transport: Road: Bus: There are shuttle buses to Marseille St Charles railway station (journey time: 20-30 minutes) and to Aix-en-Provence bus station (journey time: 30-40 minutes). Taxis: Taxis are available daily 24 hours and can be ordered in advance (tel: (0)4 4214 2444; ).
Information and Help Desks: Two information desks (tel: (0)4 4214 1414 or 4214 2114) are always open on the Arrivals level of both terminals. Reception staff can advise on airport facilities, the times of flight arrivals and departures and connecting flights. There is an automatic information service (tel: (0)4 4214 2020) available 24 hours a day.
Airport Facilities: Money and communications: There is a bank and several ATMs, as well as Internet points, wireless Internet access, a post office, fax and Minitel. Eating and drinking: Cafés and restaurants are located throughout the airport. Shopping: Shops include a duty-free shop in the International Terminal, as well as shops in both terminals selling a variety of goods, including regional produce, jewellery and luggage accessories. There is a newsagents too. Luggage: A left-luggage facility is available in the International Terminal; luggage shipping and delivery can also be arranged here (tel: (0)4 4214 3175). A lost and found office is situated in the Domestic Terminal (tel: (0)4 4214 2410). Other facilities: There is a pharmacy and first aid services in the International Terminal.
Conference and Business Facilities: The airport Business Centre (tel: (0)4 4214 2774 or (0)4 4214 2778) is in Hall 4 on the first floor and has private offices, meeting rooms and lounges available for hire. Up to 250 people can be accommodated in the Panoramique Lounge in the International Terminal. Facilities available include telephones, fax, Minitel, Internet and audiovisual equipment, while services include welcome desks, personal porters, catering and a limousine service.
Disabled Facilities: The airport is accessible for disabled passengers. Facilities for the disabled traveller can be provided on request by the airlines or by Midi Provence (tel: (0)4 4214 2742).
